Eugene Volokh Is a Name Restraining Order Defendants Should Know

Expose your false accuser! Let everyone know about the person who tried to ruin your life with false accusations, especially if they went as far as to get a bullshit filled order of protection/restraing order! It’s only fair to bring it to public attention so their next victim can’t say they weren’t warned!!!
The more men & women who make this crap public the more people will be aware of what’s going on & vindictive scums will think twice before using the system to file false reports to try to get the upper hand.

  1. I had first come across Eugene Volokh as part of the Gamer Gate controversy. I think Zoe Quinn tried to pull a very similar stunt, silencing Eron Gjoni by abusing a protection order for the purpose of taking away someone’s First Amendment rights.
